Kevin Hora PhD, MPRII, programme chair of the MA in Public Relations and the MA in Public Affairs and Political Communication, has lectured in TU Dublin since 2001.
He teaches the core theory and practice modules for both courses, as well as Managing Public Affairs, Ethics and Political Process, and Political Marketing.
His research interests are in contemporary PR theory and practice (with a particular interest in political communication) and the history of propaganda in Ireland. Publications include Quick Win Public Relations (Oak Tree Press, 2014) Propaganda and Nation Building. Selling the Irish Free State (Routledge, 2017) based on his doctoral studies in Trinity College Dublin, and a collection of short stories.
He is an adjudicator for the PRCA Awards for Excellence in PR, and is a former ex officio board member of Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
